Christmas in CC Part One

We spent the week before Christmas with my parents and brother in Corpus Christi.
My dad likes presents.
My dad likes to open presents.
Our kids got to open presents more than once every single day that we were there.
They loved it.
Here they are on day one or two. Landry is wearing her new shirt from Aunt Jessica. It came all the way from Africa and William got one with lions on it too. They loved them.

On Wednesday we declared it Christmas Eve (the day we open gifts in our family) because Chad had to work at La Hacienda during the actual Christmas weekend :-(
Thankfully my family was willing to accommodate us and move Christmas.
William was so excited! Landry didn't understand why we were taking so many stinkin' pictures.
We even attempted a family photo....Mainly Landry liked opening presents (ripping paper), but she did stop to play with this one for a while. Now she loves everything and is enjoying exploring new toys everyday. The boys are in their matching jammies (my mom and I are matching too, but I'm pretty fat preggo and no one wants to see that).
Mom got a Jason Witten jersey from my dad. That is funny because my mom is the LAST PERSON ON EARTH who you would ever expect to wear a football jersey, but she loved it! She is a big fan.
Landry stopped to remove her pajamas and then returned to present opening.
She was also really interested in Bubba's new toys. The next morning Santa came. Santa (I) worked really hard to sneak the presents down to Corpus, but William still managed to accidentally see one, so he got that gift on Christmas Eve.
They were excited to see what they had waiting for them when they woke up.
