William started back at Children's Day Out this year. Now if you are following the blog and you haven't talked to us in a while, you are wondering why we are still in Kerrville. Turns out that Chad is still doing as much work here as he is in San Antonio, so commuting was going to happen either way. Right now in this market, we are in a house that we can afford, so we are going to count our blessings and stay put. Luckily William was able to get back in to his old school in the same class as all of his friends. He was THRILLED! In fact he was so excited that he begged to stay in the extended day program and we finally gave in last week. Now he goes to school twice a week from 9 to 2:30.
Here is a pic from the first day of school. His theme this year seems to be animals. 
It took us MONTHS to track down a backpack with lions on it, but we succeeded (William literally sat in my lap while we searched online until we found one that suited his tastes). He has already traded the elephant lunchbox for a shark lunchbox (via birthday money).
