K-Town

We are living in Kerrville now, but much of our furniture is still in Corpus. We are still deciding what to do with our floors here. They are wood and were covered in about 80 layers of paint, stain, varnish, and dirt. After about a hundred hours of stripping and sanding we can see the wood. Now we don't know if we should just stain or have a pro bring them up to par. We are planning on hosting Thanksgiving here, so we will decide soon.

We think our house in Corpus has sold without a realtor (yipee for no realtor fees - sorry to all the realtors that we love). We will know for sure in 30 days if all goes well.

Chad is selling doors, windows, and cabinets to builders for Comfort Doors and Windows and he is working at Starlite Recovery Center with the 13 to 17 year old boys. He is also a full time graduate student in marriage and family therapy.

William and I pick pecans, play in the yard, and hang out all day. William likes to hang onto the chainlink fence and stare at our neighbors when they are outside. That is fun.

William was an astronaut for Halloween. We went home to Corpus so he could celebrate with his friends. Here are some pictures.
