Love Creek Orchards

It is officially a family tradition.
This is our third year to make the trip out to Love Creek Orchards Pumpkin Patch in Medina. It is so much fun. They have pumpkin painting, hay rides, scarecrow dressing, kids maze, pony rides, petting zoo, entertainment, food, face painting and lots and lots of pumpkins. This year they even added a barrel train. We were worried that it would be packed on a Saturday, but we were pleasantly surprised by the cool weather, cloudy skies, and limited crowds. Here is some of our adventure in pics!

Landry and William in the maze

We debated letting Landry ride on the train, but we weren't worried with William on there. He is such a good big brother. He held on to her the whole time as they rode around. She didn't like it when the train got really far away from us and William said that she just yelled, "Mama!" the whole time, but she wanted to go on it again later.

William and Landry took turns brushing Bucky. He was rescued last year and was completely wild and a third of his current weight when these ranch owners / horse rescuers got him.Landry loved the petting zoo. I think she only actually touched a chicken, pig, donkey and goat, but she loved watching everyone feed and play with the animals.
This was the sweetest little donkey.William really liked that the goats would let him touch their horns. They had to do the train again before we left.We had an extra ticket left (which equals money for food or pumpkins) so we let William pick a pumpkin. All of them were too normal. He had to have the funny looking red and green Turkish pumpkin.
On a side note, every year I love the first picture that I snap when we arrive at the pumpkins. This is the first picture this year and it did not disappoint.
