Chad Turns 30

On Friday, August 6th, we woke Chad up with loud noisemakers, presents, and blueberry bread.

We did all this because our very special husband / daddy was turning 30!
Then we took daddy to Sea World where it was 255 degrees outside.
Landry paused from her shopping in the penguin house to give a little pose and show a little leg.
The seals were out and playing. We had fun watching them for a while.After a few shows, we went inside a restaurant for lunch. We found a corner booth with the a.c. blasting on the table and by the end of the meal, we had to leave because we were freezing.
We caught one more show and then decided to call it a day before we all passed out from heat exhaustion. Have no fear, our children were not deprived. We went back one day later to catch the last night shows of the season and we have been several other times this summer.
We then headed to my grandparents house where they and my aunt and uncle hosted a special birthday dinner for Chad. My mom and dad even surprised us and came to the party. The decorated the whole table :-)

We had a great time celebrating Chad and his special day!
